 Flour + Water Anniversary Menu

For Flour + Water’s 13th Anniversary Tasting Menu, they wanted to showcase the purveyors and friends they had made over those 13 years, so We came up with the idea for the menu to be a book. each diner was given a copy, beautifully illustrating where these fine foods all come from. I designed the book and wrote captions for each of the companies they worked with while the chefs prepared the final menu.

The Tasting Menu seatings outperformed each previous anniversary, and guests and staff all were able to celebrate exactly what goes into making Flour + Water one of the best restaurants in San Francisco.
